Send the link to the pin and the link to where the photo is yours. It comes down while we look at it. Details in Terms.

A pin is wrong, spammy or leads somewhere else

Faster than mail: the ⋯ menu on the pin has Report pin, which puts it in the moderation queue with the reason attached. Mail is for the cases the reasons there don't cover.

My data

A copy of your account and deleting it are both buttons in settings and need no mail. For anything else (a correction, a question about what is stored), write, and read Privacyfirst: it names every row we keep.

Something is broken

Say what you did, what happened, and the reference code if an error page gave you one. That code is the key to the stack trace on our side, so a mail with it in is usually enough to find the bug without asking you anything else.
